I'm currently building and maintaining compliance, organizational development, soft-skills, and performance-management courses at Maximus Gulf in Dubai. I also serve as regional LMS manager and SuperUser, supporting stakeholders across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Previously at AMS Sustainable Development Solutions, I managed e-learning courses and training operations across the UAE, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Algeria. My work includes curriculum design, training reporting, learner engagement, and learning needs analysis.

At TeleTech Corporation, I developed written and LMS-based training for technical support, telecom, sales, customer service, healthcare, and chat programs. I created immersive onboarding experiences designed to reduce training time and costs while improving knowledge retention.

I've also delivered and managed new-hire and upskilling classes, coached learners through their transition to operations, and contributed to community organizing and environmental research. I bring experience in instructional design, adult learning, training operations, and learning technology.
