What I'm looking for

I seek an operations role where I can improve billing and collections, ensure regulatory compliance, lead teams, and modernize processes within a collaborative company culture.

I am an experienced operations and management professional with a deep background in the towing and roadside assistance industry. I bring expertise in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, compliance, and digital operations.

In my role as Manager / Operations Lead I oversaw daily operations, coordinated across operations, finance, and customer service, and provided leadership and training to staff. I modernized accident billing rates and implemented invoicing improvements that increased efficiency.

I managed financial tasks including QuickBooks, general ledger entries, and record keeping to maintain accurate financial statements and improve collections. I also ensured FMCSA and DOT regulatory compliance and resolved account discrepancies to secure prompt payments.

I have experience overseeing website redesigns and working with advertisers to improve online presence and marketing effectiveness, and I hold WreckMaster 6-7 certification.
