As a passionate educator and customer service professional, I have dedicated my career to helping students learn and develop their English skills. With a strong background in teaching English as a foreign language, I have created engaging and creative lessons that cater to students of all ages and proficiency levels.

Throughout my experience, I have honed my skills in lesson planning, teaching strategy development, and extracurricular activity planning. My expertise in MS Office, Zoom, and Skype has enabled me to effectively communicate with students and colleagues alike.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have also worked as a customer service representative, providing bilingual support to clients in both English and Spanish. I am confident in my ability to handle complex customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
