At Instituto Cultural Domínico Americano, I teach English to children and adults through academic and immersion programs in virtual and in-person formats. I create student-centered lessons, digital learning resources, activities, and assessments adapted to different ages and proficiency levels.

I've also supported U.S.-based customers in back-office, customer service, and technical support roles, managing confidential documentation, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. I'm a native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency and experience using Zoom, Google Meet, BigBlueButton, Moodle, Canva, and Google Workspace.
