I’m looking for a job where I can continue to grow professionally while making a meaningful contribution to the team. I value opportunities that allow me to use my communication and problem-solving skills—whether it’s helping clients resolve technical or billing issues.

I am trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, and I hold a degree in Education with a specialization in Modern Languages, along with a Master’s degree in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of French.

With four years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry, I have developed strong skills in technical support and billing. I have supported various devices, including modems, cable boxes, and telephone systems. My responsibilities included managing customer appointments, processing service and product changes, documenting interactions, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure efficient and satisfactory resolutions.

I am passionate about helping others, whether through clear and empathetic communication with clients or through education. Outside of work, I enjoy watching series and staying active through regular workouts, which help me maintain focus and motivation.
