What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging healthcare operations role where I can deliver exceptional patient service, manage scheduling and confidentiality, and coordinate staffing and front-office workflows—while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive, fast-paced team.

I’ve built more than 20 years of combined experience in customer service, medical office administration, and human resources. I’m known for being highly trustworthy, ethical, and discreet, with strong time management, prioritization, and organization in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as Clinical Services Center Coordinator-OP Rehabilitation, I assist in daily operations of OP Rehab Clinics while delivering excellent customer service. I return and document telephone calls, handle patient scheduling and re-scheduling, confirm appointments, and maintain patient confidentiality. I also identify equipment problems and report them promptly, and I obtain referral authorizations and re-authorizations.

In addition, I’ve supported facility workflows as a Rehab Ward Clerk-Part Time (Evening), managing the patient admission and discharge process, collaborating with medical and administrative staff, and maintaining confidentiality of patient records. Previously, as a Rehab Program Assistant /Staffing Coordinator, I managed the rehab department and staffing, participated in client care plans and morning meetings, and coordinated onboarding for new therapist and rehab techs, including employee drug screens.

I’ve also served in front-office and medical services leadership roles—answering phones professionally, handling accounts payable/invoices, assisting business office leadership, and supporting medical services coordination through scheduling and new hire training under RN supervision. With HIPAA training and hands-on experience working with EPIC software and EHR, I bring calm, detail-oriented problem-solving to every patient, visitor, and vendor interaction.
