In my current role as an ICT Analyst, I deliver first- and second-line support for hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals. I administer Windows systems—user accounts, permissions, updates, and backups—while monitoring system performance to proactively identify and resolve ICT issues.
I also support core infrastructure: configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, switches, and FortiGate firewall systems. I’m comfortable managing tickets against SLA targets, using remote desktop support, and keeping detailed IT documentation, asset inventories, and technical support logs.
To strengthen my security impact, I provide cybersecurity awareness training to reduce user-related risks. I hold Fortinet certifications (FCA, FCF, FortiOS/SD-WAN/FortiAnalyzer/FortiSASE administrator tracks) and I’m currently working toward AWS Cloud Practitioner.
