At Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest, I’m applying product discovery and AI to the home-buying experience. I built buyer-facing tools for ranking household priorities and surfacing tradeoffs, and developed AI skills adopted by all four buyer agents.
At Harvard Business Publishing, I established its Corporate Learning product management function as its first product manager and helped grow it to 10 product managers. I coached product managers and led cross-portfolio initiatives to align teams around shared priorities and scalable platform experiences.
I led the LeadingEdge launch and used client research to consolidate seven digital content business models into four, growing the product line from $4M to more than $12M. I also helped scale blended learning to a $49M business while gross margin rose from 45% to 69%.
I replaced manual learning reports with on-demand Domo dashboards, freeing an estimated $425K+ per year in capacity and hiring avoidance. My work also includes developing client analytics for HBR Spark, building reusable integration capabilities, and bringing an adult-learning and design-thinking background to product practice.
