I'm seeking opportunities in customer success, account management, client services, operations, project coordination, or related target functions.

At Working Solutions, I provided remote customer support across multiple client programs, handling live contacts, research, documentation, follow-up, and escalation. For automotive programs, I supported SOS and emergency assistance, accident-related calls, stolen-vehicle reporting, and ownership verification.

I gathered and verified customer, vehicle, and incident information, documented findings and next steps, and escalated issues according to established procedures. I worked across Microsoft 365, Twilio, Slack, Salesforce-related workflows, and client-specific web systems.

As Director of the Brookings County Outdoor Adventure Center, City of Brookings, I coordinated day-to-day operations, programs, schedules, reporting, and member service. I supervised six part-time employees and approximately 20 volunteers, and monitored operating budgets.

Earlier, as Youth Coordinator at Outdoor Adventure Center of South Dakota, I developed and coordinated youth programs, planned community events, and helped build a 24-month marketing plan.
