At Bascule International, I architected an agentic AI automated FNOL solution for cyber and property CAT management, with a straight-through processing back end, for a major global TPA based in London. My work spans UK, U.S. and Canadian property and casualty claims and market technical services.
At IBM, I authored an end-to-end zero-based insurance operations design to extend the data-actioning capabilities of existing claims systems. Across insurance consulting and operating roles, I've worked on claims, underwriting, reinsurance and core technology programs, including digital and AI transformations for insurers in multiple markets.
