At Audacy, I directed technology operations for four radio stations and roughly 140 users across a complex multi-site broadcast environment. I managed Windows servers, Cisco and Nortel switching, Cisco Meraki wireless, endpoint systems, backups, disaster recovery, surveillance, and door-access systems.
I modernized servers and legacy network architecture, deployed secure Meraki wireless across nine access points, and developed disaster recovery and business continuity plans for broadcast-critical operations. Following a corporate-wide ransomware attack in 2020, I reimaged PCs and servers and recovered data.
