At National Housing Compliance, I lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, GRC, and disaster recovery across storage, servers, networking, virtualization, and hybrid cloud. My modernization initiatives moved VMware to Hyper-V, Citrix to Azure Virtual Desktop, and Zoom to Microsoft Teams, delivering approximately $90K in annual savings while improving reliability and application performance.
I own an $800K–$1M IT budget and have sustained NIST 800-171 compliance since 2015 and SOC 2 Type II compliance for more than three years. I design and direct disaster recovery and business continuity programs with quarterly testing, tabletop exercises, and an RTO under one hour.
Earlier, I built National Housing Compliance's first disaster recovery solution, established its Azure tenant and GRC program, and supported healthcare operations as a Network Administrator. I also provided independent IT consulting to small businesses, helping clients with POS systems, secure backups, equipment decisions, and technical support.
