I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Pernod Ricard España, contributing to hiring for internship, entry-level, temporary, operational, and staffing agency roles.
I screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and work with hiring managers to define role profiles and monitor candidate pipelines. I've also supported onboarding, offboarding, internship agreements, employment documentation, employer branding, and university events.
