What I'm looking for

I'm motivated to contribute to international HR teams while continuing to develop my expertise in people management.

At YMCA of the Rockies, I contributed to domestic and international recruitment and supported hiring across two resort locations. I conducted individual and group interviews, managed recruitment activities using Paycom, Xref, and Excel, and helped implement an applicant workflow stage to improve recruitment tracking.

Through Sinergia Organizacional Siral S.A., I supported recruitment projects and conducted psychological assessments for military and naval selection processes. I also taught undergraduate courses at ECOTEC University and developed a caregiver burnout prevention resource at Medicdial. I'm pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting at Instituto Universitario de Lisboa.
