I am a bilingual English–Dutch translator and experienced welder fabricator with a long career spanning customer service, accounts payable, procurement, and hands‑on manufacturing. I specialize in accurate, culturally sensitive translations and precision metalwork guided by technical drawings.

In customer-facing roles I handled inbound support, booking and account updates using tools such as Siebel, Zendesk, CXone/Genesys and Flight Ease, and I created customer databases and processed invoices to reduce discrepancies. As a welder and fabricator I built transport trailers and industrial components using MIG, flux‑core and MIG/MAG methods, operated CNC press brakes, forklifts and cranes, and hold NZQA Flux‑core and MIG/MAG certifications.
