What I'm looking for

I’m targeting senior leadership roles including Head of GBS, Director of Finance Transformation, Head of Accounts Payable or Source-to-Pay, and Finance Operations leadership positions.

At Telenor Global Shared Services, I established the Source-to-Pay function from the ground up, bringing operations in-house from a third-party provider while maintaining uninterrupted service across Norway, Denmark, and Finland. I also led Coupa invoice workflow adoption and introduced the Shared Service Centre’s first RPA capability.

At the University of Iowa, Hospitals and Clinics, I led standardisation of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and built management reporting frameworks with the BI team. Across my finance operations work, I’ve established master data governance, supported audit readiness, and developed operating models for shared services across multiple countries.
