Paul Maged

I am a finance leader focused on accounts payable, cash management and treasury operations. I manage all modules in Yardi including Commercial Café, Rent Café, Storage Manager & AP Bill Pay and am responsible for over 1,000 monthly AP & Tenant transactions and prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 40 entities in Yardi & Quickbooks.

I was selected to manage and build out the entire AP department consisting of 4 Direct reports and created SOP’s for all Accounts Payable processes while leading AP reporting package implementation including KPI’s in Power BI. I served as Project Manager for Concur T&E implementation in 2020 for NA, EMEA and Latam and led multiple ERP and P2P transformations including Oracle Cloud, Netsuite, Coupa and Ariba.

I handle treasury responsibilities including cash forecasting, domestic/foreign wires and internal transfers, and have driven process improvements that reduced check processing from 90% to less than 10% during an Oracle Cloud implementation. I hold CAPM (Certified AP Manager) and CB (Certified Bookkeeper) credentials and focus on building scalable AP controls, vendor onboarding and cross-functional procurement partnerships.
