At G42, I architected the Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric lakehouse supporting the Emirati Genome Program for more than one million participants, earning the Substantial Contribution Award. I built federated governance, a shared KPI dictionary and role-based Power BI reporting that lifted executive adoption to approximately 85%.
Earlier, I ran a 30-member analytics and engineering practice at Course5 Intelligence with full P&L ownership, securing more than USD 4M in recurring contracts.
