What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an environment where I can lead EDW/BI delivery with strong data governance, and apply AI/LLM (RAG, semantic search, vector matching) to standardize reference data and accelerate stakeholder value in Agile teams.

I’m a Data Architecture & Governance Specialist with 18+ years of experience spanning enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, data governance & quality, and product ownership. I translate complex business requirements into scalable EDW/BI solutions across large-scale organizations, including Emirates Group and Statistical Center Abu Dhabi.

In my current role, I define EDW requirements and architecture from conceptual to physical data modeling using Erwin, and I set data model standards, naming conventions, and database object governance frameworks. I enhance data literacy by implementing data quality and metadata standards using Informatica AXON, EDC, and IDQ, while enabling master and reference data management frameworks and designing synthetic data to support analytics and testing.

I also build intelligent reference data capabilities with AI-powered RAG pipelines—integrating Azure OpenAI LLM services with vector databases and embedding models to deliver multi-stage matching (exact match, fuzzy, RAG, cross-encoder reranking, and LLM rerank). I train business users on self-service BI reports and dashboards, apply advanced SQL for profiling and exception handling, and bring a delivery mindset grounded in Agile/SAFe, end-to-end EDW/BI acceptance, and certified ownership practices.
