At Etihad Rail Holding, I lead group-wide Data Value Management across governance, data quality, architecture alignment and maturity improvement. I designed and operationalised a DCAM-inspired Enterprise Data Maturity Framework, helping lift the group-wide score from 1.20 to 1.57 within two quarters and exceed the 2026 target ahead of plan.
I also established enterprise metadata foundations through a Business Glossary, Data Dictionary and Data Catalogue, and collaborated with Data Engineers on an in-house Data Quality Framework in Microsoft Fabric. I partner with senior business and technology leaders to embed governance in operating processes and strengthen AI readiness.
Previously, at Core42, I established the enterprise MDM practice and raised Sales Master Data completeness to 96.6%, with critical-entity uniqueness reaching 99.8%. At Deloitte, I co-led a $3M+ transformation portfolio across six initiatives and a 40+ member global team, and secured a $700K data-governance engagement.
