I've supported project operations and software quality assurance at ITSSC, coordinating task tracking, scheduling, testing documentation, and issue reporting to keep deliverables aligned with quality standards.

During my ITSS internship, I coordinated cross-functional project activities from planning through completion while developing and scheduling social media content, tracking engagement, and improving team workflows.

I also bring customer service and administrative operations experience from BeecPlace, where I managed enquiries, customer records, scheduling, follow-ups, and marketing support. I work well with remote teams, stakeholders, developers, testers, and customers.
