I’m an IT Project Manager and Program Management professional focused on coordinating projects that deliver on time and align with organizational goals. I’m known for strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication across cross-functional teams.

I’ve managed and coordinated 10+ projects and initiatives, using structured project planning, trackers, and status reports to improve visibility and execution. In my roles, I collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, resolve operational challenges, and strengthen service delivery.

I track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce data-driven reports to support decision-making and operational excellence. I also handle project documentation like risk logs and communication plans to support governance, compliance, and accountability.

I bring practical expertise with Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Google Workspace, and I enjoy turning process gaps into workflow improvements that increase team productivity. I’m currently progressing through additional project management learning and certifications, including IBM IT project manager (in view) and Agile with Atlassian Jira.
