Impact-driven social sector professional focused on equitable career pathways.
What I'm looking for
I am an impact-driven social sector professional with extensive experience and networks in public policy, philanthropy, and non-profit arenas. My work is centered around creating equitable career pathways and talent pipelines, particularly for systematically marginalized communities. I am passionate about delivering a return on investment for all stakeholders involved, ensuring that our efforts yield meaningful outcomes.
In my current role as a Program Officer at ECMC Foundation, I oversee a portfolio of thirty grants totaling over $26 million, supporting organizations that deliver high-quality postsecondary career and technical education (CTE) and economic development programs. My leadership in the CTE Leadership Collaborative has allowed me to manage consultants and grantees effectively, facilitating the grant processing pipeline from concept to implementation.
Previously, as a Senior Program Director at Capitol Impact, I led California’s first Talent Pipeline Management Academy, collaborating with prominent employers to address recruitment and retention challenges. My experience as a Policy Analyst and Manager at Linked Learning Alliance further honed my skills in designing equity-centered policy agendas that advance college and career readiness. I am committed to fostering collaboration and engagement among diverse stakeholders to implement creative solutions that drive systemic change.
