I'm looking to build B2B SaaS, AI, or travel-tech products where I can own roadmaps, collaborate closely with engineering and design, and use customer feedback and data to ship impactful improvements.

At Teleport by AirAsia, I partner with engineering and design to ship iterative product improvements for B2B travel-tech. I design and optimize AI chatbot workflows in Yellow.ai, test APIs and third-party integrations, and build Python automation to reduce recurring manual effort.

Previously at Care Health Insurance, I owned the roadmap and full lifecycle for Group Personal Accident and Group Travel B2B product lines. I shipped MVPs that reduced time-to-market by 20%, translated 50+ customer and business requirements into BRDs and user stories, and helped reduce defects by 30% while improving system performance by 15%.

I use customer feedback, market research, SQL, dashboards, and Agile delivery practices to prioritize the work that creates measurable operational and customer impact.
