What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Associate Product Manager role where I can use product discovery, user research, AI product development, and telecom validation experience to build customer-centric products.

At VOIS, I validate enterprise telecom products and end-to-end customer workflows, helping deliver 99.5% defect-free, production-ready releases.

I've investigated 50+ customer-facing incidents, executed 100+ REST API tests, managed 150+ defects in Azure DevOps, and supported Agile delivery across 20+ two-week sprints. I also evaluated 20+ customer journey touchpoints, resolving usability bottlenecks affecting products used by 100K+ active users.

In my Product Management capstone, I led the end-to-end development of an AI-powered multi-agent travel planner that brings trip planning, itineraries, flights, hotels, weather, and budget optimization into one experience.

I'm building toward an Associate Product Manager role, combining product discovery, user research, roadmap planning, PRDs, competitive analysis, and Generative AI to create customer-centric products.
