I am a results-oriented Bachelor in Development Studies graduate with a strong background in field research, customer service, and community development. My experience includes conducting qualitative data collection through various methods such as interviews and focus group discussions. I pride myself on my ability to manage and analyze data effectively, ensuring that I provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to improving community health and social services. My role as a Hospital Social Worker intern allowed me to engage directly with patients, providing essential support and counseling to those living with HIV/AIDS and other vulnerabilities. I have also successfully developed and implemented marketing strategies that significantly increased sales and customer satisfaction in my previous position as a Sales Manager.
