What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead compensation, benefits, and payroll with strong HRIS ownership—driving compliant statutory processing, data-driven reward decisions, and automation that improves accuracy and efficiency while partnering closely with stakeholders and vendors.

I’m a compensation, benefits, and payroll professional with 15 Years extensive experience in payroll coordination, tax compliance, and HR information systems across multiple countries. I’m known for leadership that drives accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while aligning rewards to business goals.

In my most recent role as Payroll Compensation and Benefits Manager at EACOP, I designed and implemented Total Rewards programs for Uganda and Tanzania. I coordinated Total Rewards initiatives with Deloitte, including salary structures, bonus schemes, merit cycles, benefits policies, and employee incentive programs—supported by employee satisfaction research and clear budget recommendations.

I’ve led end-to-end payroll supervision and statutory compliance, including owned monthly payroll processing, automated submissions, and record-keeping. I implemented automated systems that resulted in a 90% increase in payroll processing efficiency and led successful transition to new payroll software to enhance accuracy and compliance.

I also strengthen how organizations grow people: I’ve supported performance management and performance based pay, coordinated job grading and evaluation (including Mercer coordination), and served as a Workday HRIS Super User—training staff, creating employees, and delivering reports and analytics using dashboards. I bring a practical, improvement-focused mindset, combining data, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination to deliver measurable outcomes.
