Previously, at Binzagr CO-RO, I governed People & Organization across recruitment, workplace services, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, policy, and employee data. I also coached direct reports, controlled administration budgets, and supported job evaluation, visa endorsement, and performance processes.
At Dukan Retailing, I led a sustainability project aligned with UN guidelines and national vision, expanding opportunities for Saudi nationals through a franchise initiative with the CEO. I also implemented B2B initiatives that minimized costs, increased revenue, and improved business flow.
Across Sherwin Williams, Wartsila Power Contracting, and Mohamed Y. Naghi Group, I've built HR policies, supported Saudization, led recruitment and employee relations, developed training and pay programs, managed payroll, and partnered with leadership on workforce planning and organizational performance. I work bilingually in English and Arabic.
