I’m driven by opportunities to create value that positively impacts people and organizations through human capital strategy, talent, total rewards, organizational development, and measurable HR improvements.

I've led human capital and talent functions across Saudi Arabia for My Clinic KSA, Cenomi Retail, The Royal Commission for AlUla, IHG Hotels & Resorts, G4S, and Emaar, The Economic City. I currently lead organization development, talent management, and talent acquisition at My Clinic KSA.

At Cenomi Retail, I led talent acquisition for 20+ retail brands and more than 160 stores. At The Royal Commission for AlUla, I partnered on strategic recruitment across Finance, Human Capital, Legal, GRC, PMO, Strategy, IT, and Procurement, including chief and executive director positions.

My work spans total rewards, organization design, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, employer branding, HR dashboards, metrics, and Oracle Fusion HCM. I’m driven by creating value that positively impacts people and organizations.
