At Chai Inc., I've founded and scaled businesses across AI, SaaS, e-commerce, and D2C, including InsightHub, BuyChat, NOVUS, and an organic dog food brand that I sold after growing it to JPY 6 million in monthly revenue within six months.
I grew InsightHub to JPY 3.8 million in MRR within eight months and scaled BuyChat, a LINE-based e-commerce platform, to approximately JPY 200 million in annual revenue. Through NOVUS, I've supported more than 100 companies; 92% achieved their target KPIs, with average annual revenue growth of 250%.
I stay close to customers, use data and interviews to test business hypotheses, and take ownership across product, sales, marketing, fundraising, and organization building. I've raised JPY 350 million and built and managed a 36-person organization.
