What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end People Ops/HR operations in a startup where ambiguity is expected—partnering with leadership, building SOPs and HR processes, and using HRTech to improve onboarding, engagement, and customer experience.

I’m a startup-native HR & Operations professional who builds people processes, drives customer onboarding, and owns end-to-end execution in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. As a founding team member at The Clean Snack Co, I built our HR and operations function from scratch—designing processes, systems, and workflows where none previously existed.

I’ve led end-to-end work across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding, translating operational needs into workable HR processes with business and cross-functional stakeholders. I’ve developed and rolled out multiple SOPs across teams, and I use AI tools to automate HR documentation and reporting so I can focus on higher-value operational work.

Previously, at Adventure Attractions in Bournemouth, UK, I managed people operations for a high-footfall retail team with full autonomy—owning hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance, and compliance—while improving customer satisfaction through coaching and service quality initiatives. Earlier roles included global Operations & Success for Better Ed (customer success across multiple countries/time zones) and high-volume recruitment operations for Newton School, plus mentorship at Lido Learning; combined with my MSc in Management with Human Resources (Distinction) from Bournemouth University, this has shaped how I work: comfortable with ambiguity, strong on communication, and genuinely focused on HRTech and the real problems growing teams face.
