I am a healthcare and retail professional with over two decades of customer-service experience across optical, pharmacy and medical settings. I bring hands-on patient care and a steady leadership presence to every role.

In my current role as an optometry technician, I perform pretesting, insurance verification and billing, copay collection, and update patient demographics while strictly following HIPAA and safety procedures. I focus on delivering calm, efficient patient care and accurate administrative support.
