I’m looking for a Finance Officer role where I can lead budgeting, compliance, audits, and financial analysis—bringing disciplined planning, strong stakeholder communication, and data-driven modeling to improve decision-making and operational performance.

I’m a highly skilled Finance Officer with 16 years of diverse accounting and finance experience across public banking and financial services, as well as industrial and governmental finance environments. I’m organized and results-oriented, identifying deficiencies and opportunities to improve business functionality through a strong grasp of accounting standards and government regulations.

In my current role as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, I identify, evaluate, and negotiate property purchases or leases aligned to strategic objectives. I lead due diligence, conduct market analysis, build financial models for valuation and returns, manage contract negotiations, and report risks and opportunities to senior management.

Previously, I served as a Financial Services Manager where I developed and managed budgets, monitored cash flow, ensured GAAP-compliant reporting, and led financial analysts through training and performance goals.
