What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own budgeting and forecasting, deliver performance analytics, and partner with executives to improve accuracy and efficiency across accounting and reporting.

I’m a Finance Director who turns financial data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders. I’ve built trusted processes around full-cycle accounting and used variance analysis to keep teams aligned with organizational goals.

Most recently, I prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis for a nonprofit board and leadership review. I also developed a comprehensive annual 2026 budget with monthly revenue and expense projections and partnered cross-functionally to improve financial modeling and streamline budgeting.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened profitability and speed through analytics and automation—building Excel pricing models that improved bid-win rates by 15% and creating a Python script that reduced monthly reporting workload from one week to under an hour. I’ve supported CFO-level analysis and accounting adjustments to ensure reliable financial statements.

Across roles, I’ve managed the full accounting lifecycle (AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations), supported grant compliance and internal audit needs, and communicated financial performance with confidence. I bring a hands-on approach to performance analytics, budgeting, and practical tools like QuickBooks and SQL.
