At Peraton, I directed customer-facing delivery for the U.S. Air Force’s Defense Meteorological Satellite Program ground systems, serving as the primary interface between government customers and Integrated Product Teams. I managed program operations with EVMS reporting, schedule discipline, and risk planning.
I architected and deployed a standalone Atlassian enterprise suite using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket as an integrated configuration management, workflow, and process automation platform. I then led the change effort that moved sustainment and modernization workflows onto it.
At Computer Sciences Corporation, I managed a 20+ member team delivering Windows and storage services for USSTRATCOM. I redesigned training protocols and documentation, cutting new-employee onboarding from six months to six weeks.
Across my federal defense IT work, I’ve supported proposal development and capture through technical solutioning, WBS development, and cost estimation, including support to pursuits totaling $14.3B in potential contract value. I’m currently studying emerging AI tools for federal IT modernization, process automation, and proposal workflows, while maintaining currency in federal program management practice.
