Provide operational leadership for a large U.S. Navy enterprise IT contract, aligning customer priorities, technical teams, and contract deliverables. Establish and standardize operational processes, system assessment methods, templates, procedures, and reporting to improve consistency and execution.

Deliver CMMI for Development and Services training across the GDIT enterprise for technical, program, and process-improvement professionals. Conduct internal appraisals, process audits, and quality reviews supporting organizational standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.

Progressed from junior programmer to technical lead, designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical C, Oracle, SQL, and Unix software. Led redesign and release of the air movement module and developed interfaces supporting data exchange with Department of Defense transportation systems.

Taught C programming, SQL, and Unix concepts to technical professionals through classroom instruction, testing, and hands-on programming labs.

Authored and maintained technical documentation supporting Air Force maintenance software used in worldwide operations.

Developed software supporting U.S. Steel container tracking, inventory management, and operational reporting.
