At USDA Rural Development’s Technology Office, I led enterprise IT projects under SAFe and the USDA SDLC, managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk across concurrent modernization initiatives. I directed cross-functional teams and introduced Jira and Confluence dashboards to improve sprint tracking and reduce leadership reporting overhead.
At Criterion Systems, I led teams implementing RMF-aligned controls and producing Security Assessment Reports in CSAM for the U.S. Department of Transportation, advising CISO and Directors on GRC posture and ATO priorities. At Pliant Management Services, I led ATO reaccreditation alongside network and communications modernization projects for National Defense University.
With Envistacom & Datapath, I managed C4ISR, SATCOM, and network modernization programs for U.S. Air Force and Joint Task Force missions, including the DISA Large SATCOM Gateway modernization. My work also spans cybersecurity, IT modernization, AI governance, and program delivery across federal, defense, and enterprise environments.
