I'm looking to lead strategic programmes, public-private partnerships, workforce-development, communications, and brand initiatives that deliver measurable impact across government, development, and private-sector environments.

I've led public-private programmes with IOM, GIZ-SKYE, Jobberman, Konga, NewGlobe, and Edo State Government, coordinating workforce development, creative-economy, e-commerce, and education initiatives.

As Programme Supervisor at ESSDA's Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub, I direct entrepreneurship and workforce-development programmes from planning through reporting, manage strategic partnerships, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and negotiate resources for cost-effective delivery.

Previously at Edojobs/ESSDA, I led strategic communications for entrepreneurship programmes, built beneficiary communities, managed advertising budgets, and connected participants to grants, loans, business opportunities, and CAC formalisation support.

Across government, NGO, development, and private-sector work, I've delivered 200+ branding, marketing, digital-communications, and product-development projects while supporting 50+ businesses with market positioning, digital presence, and strategic business solutions.
