At COMCATE, I led Delivery across Professional Services, Enterprise Implementations, Customer Support, and Product Delivery. I structured priorities for 10 signed contracts that had not started, sequencing five Code Enforcement implementations and five legacy migrations to clear the backlog without relying on team overextension.
I partnered with the Implementation Manager and delivery team on a repeatable implementation playbook, reducing standard Code Enforcement delivery from approximately 80 to 50 days. I also partnered with the Head of Product on release management during a complete software-development team transition.
At the University of California, Berkeley, I led campus-wide ITSM work, setting a roadmap and shared governance, and later served as Product Owner for ServiceNow development. I directed Agile delivery for major components of the $110M Student Information System, including the CalCentral and Final Grading teams.
At Berkeley, I also led the campus Learning Management System replacement from Sakai (bSpace) to Canvas (bCourses), coordinating delivery, course conversion, training, communications, and adoption. Earlier, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, I led implementation of the laboratory’s first manufacturing ERP system across 25 fabrication shops.
