What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in an IT infrastructure role where uptime, proactive risk mitigation, and strong vendor management matter. I want to lead infrastructure planning, support end-users effectively, and align IT strategy with business goals.

I’m an IT professional with a BSc in Computer Science and hands-on experience spanning banking, telecoms, and trade logistics. I’ve built and run enterprise IT infrastructure end-to-end—designing LAN/WAN networks, managing servers and storage, and ensuring reliable web presence.

In my roles as IT Infrastructure Technician and Value Added Services Engineer, I supported end-users under pressure, monitored system uptime, escalated incidents for SLA compliance, and troubleshot issues to reduce disruptions and downtime. I also produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.

As IT Infrastructure Lead, I developed and executed a strategic IT infrastructure roadmap aligned to business objectives, identified infrastructure risks with mitigation plans, and managed vendor and service-provider relationships for procurement. I bring strong commercial awareness and team leadership to bridge technical and business functions while aligning IT strategy to organizational goals.
