I've built and managed community-focused programs across education, skill development, waste management, and sustainable development. At AGRASAR, I set up a skill development centre, led trainers and community mobilizers, developed employer linkages, and managed program reporting and budgets.
At Avanti Learning Centre, I established school, NGO, community, and media partnerships, delivered career counselling sessions, and supported students and parents through the application process. My earlier work with the Centre for Sustainable Development and Sakshi included project coordination, training programmes, workshops, stakeholder communication, and field visits.
