At SAAR Pig Producer Company Limited, I built and operationalised a women-owned producer company under an NHPC Limited-sponsored livelihood initiative. It grew from an institutional concept into a functioning business serving 2,500 pig rearers across Dhemaji and Lakhimpur.

I also established Utkarsh Development Society as an operational grassroots organisation and have managed livelihood and producer-institution programmes across Northeast India. My work includes coordinating government, CSR, NGO and community partners, and developing field frameworks, monitoring updates and reports.
