What I'm looking for

I seek roles focused on community-driven development, M&E, and program implementation where I can strengthen government partnerships, scale sustainable livelihoods, and drive measurable health and environmental outcomes.

I am a development professional with over two years of experience implementing scalable community-based solutions and building strong government partnerships in rural settings. I have led monitoring & evaluation, community mobilization, and project coordination efforts—driving measurable improvements in health facility quality, neonatal referral systems, and livelihood opportunities for women.

I combine technical skills in research, data analysis, M&E and documentation with strong stakeholder management and capacity-building capabilities. My work includes facilitating leadership workshops, executing system-improvement pilots, organizing community health campaigns, and supporting climate-resilient agriculture initiatives to strengthen livelihoods and farmer producer organizations.
