Looking for an IT role that allows me to work both in Costa Rica and USA but specially Costa Rica

At Wells Fargo, I lead lifecycle, change, incident, and problem management for enterprise benefits applications, coordinating production releases, infrastructure planning, and incident escalations.

I troubleshoot and monitor business-critical environments using SQL Server, Oracle, UNIX, AutoSys, ITRS, and AppDynamics. I partner with infrastructure, application, and business teams to improve performance, reliability, operational processes, risk management, compliance, and audit reporting.

Earlier, I supported SQL Server production environments at RDX Remote DBA and delivered Tier 1/2 enterprise support at BAE Systems. I’ve also led daily operations meetings, mentored new hires, and received four Certificates of Appreciation for service excellence.
