I am a senior operations manager with over 10 years of experience in a high-growth, innovative manufacturing environment. I have a forward-thinking and dynamic approach to complex problem-solving, driving continuous improvement to address the high pace of change. In my current role at Fabrica de Refrigeradores Comerciales (FARCO), I report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the senior administrative manager to elaborate on the company's vision, strategic objectives, and KPIs. I actively participate and present results in weekly board meetings and annual investor general assembly meetings.

I lead and develop operational departments including production, warehousing, product engineering, material planning, and facility and machinery maintenance. With a total workforce of 180+ employees, I have successfully implemented investment strategies to eliminate bottlenecks, improve quality and output capacity, and reduce costs. I have also designed and implemented projects across various departments to ensure constant improvement for future growth. I am skilled in data analysis and use it to make educated organizational and business strategic decisions.

In addition to my operational responsibilities, I have a strong focus on account management and client development.
