What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles where I can apply emergency and public health systems expertise to strengthen SRHR and MNCAH programs, drive data-driven quality improvement, and coordinate multi-sectoral partners in resource-constrained settings.

I am a public health, emergency systems, and health systems strengthening specialist with clinical training as a BSN-educated Registered Nurse. I combine frontline emergency and critical care experience with programmatic expertise to improve access, equity, and outcomes for women, adolescents, and vulnerable populations.

I have led population-level emergency, maternal, neonatal, pediatric, and adult health service delivery in high-volume, multi-ethnic settings and supported regional emergency medical referral and transport systems. My work emphasizes data-driven performance monitoring, quality improvement, and compliance with national and donor standards.

I develop multi-year workplans, budgets, procurement plans, and monitoring frameworks aligned with WHO, UN, and national policy frameworks, and I operationalize SRHR and MNCAH objectives into measurable targets and KPIs. I am experienced with DHIS2, REDCap, Epic Analytics, and advanced Excel for dashboards and data quality assurance.

I bring proven ability to coordinate with government health structures, CSOs, donors, and multidisciplinary partners, and I prioritize gender-responsive, community-centered programming, emergency preparedness, and sustainable service delivery across diverse and resource-constrained contexts.
