What I'm looking for

I'm seeking public health, population health, or healthcare implementation leadership work where I can manage complex programs, strengthen prevention and health equity, improve quality and performance, and build partnerships across healthcare and government.

I've led statewide healthcare implementation and provider engagement for the New Mexico Department of Health Immunization Program, supporting more than 800 healthcare organizations and coordinating operations for 6+ million COVID-19 vaccine doses.

I manage federally funded public health programs from grant implementation and compliance through quality improvement, provider education, and performance reporting. As Perinatal Hepatitis B Coordinator, I conducted quality improvement audits across 37 birthing hospitals and implemented standardized case management protocols across regional programs and hospital systems.

My work also spans emergency preparedness, behavioral health prevention, chronic disease management, cancer survivorship, and community outreach. I build practical partnerships among healthcare systems, providers, government agencies, and community organizations to improve preventive healthcare access and program outcomes.
