What I'm looking for

I seek a senior program role in global maternal/newborn health where I can lead M&E, manage multi-million dollar grants, strengthen partnerships, and drive equitable, locally owned impact.

I am a relationship-driven global health program manager with nine years of experience implementing maternal and newborn health programs in limited-resource settings. I manage multi-million dollar portfolios, design monitoring & evaluation frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams and partner engagement to deliver measurable program results.

I have overseen federal compliance and contract management, developed grant programs and SOPs, and produced technical reports and published presentations that inform strategy and funder decision-making. I prioritize respectful, government-to-government engagement, capacity building, and adaptive management to strengthen local ownership and program impact.
