@richardfletcher
Commercial product leader with 10+ years in B2B SaaS, specialising in product strategy, growth, monetisation and scaling products.
What I'm looking for
I’m a commercial product leader with 10+ years of product management experience across B2B SaaS, working in startup, scale-up and enterprise environments.
I started my product career at Teamwork, where I helped take a new SaaS product from concept to more than £400k ARR and 5,000 users. I then joined Zaptic as its first Product Manager and progressed to Head of Product, helping scale the business from approximately £800k to £2m ARR and through a £10m Series A.
At Rapid7, I worked as a Senior Product Manager on enterprise cybersecurity products, including SaaS transformation and highly regulated customer requirements. I’m currently at Time Doctor, where my focus is commercial product growth. I own initiatives across acquisition, activation, onboarding, monetisation, expansion and retention, using experimentation and data to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Across my career, I’ve become particularly interested in the intersection of product strategy and commercial growth: pricing and packaging, product-led growth, monetisation, retention, experimentation and building products that create both customer and business value.
I’m also increasingly interested in how AI is changing both software products and the way high-performing product teams operate. I believe the falling cost of building software makes product judgement, customer insight and commercial decision-making more important, not less.
For my next role, I’m looking for a senior product leadership position — ideally Head of Product, Product Director or similar — in an ambitious B2B SaaS or technology company. I’m particularly attracted to startup and scale-up environments where I can have meaningful ownership of product strategy, work closely with founders and executive teams, and help turn product into a genuine growth engine for the business.
