I’m looking to lead end-to-end monitoring, evaluation, and survey analytics—turning quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations within collaborative teams that value accuracy, timely delivery, and sustainable impact.

I’m a Market research Consultant with over 10 years of experience, focused on delivering sensible, mutually agreeable solutions on time and seeing projects through to completion. I’ve led monitoring & evaluation work for large-scale programs, while also supporting teams daily to improve execution quality and achieve targets.

Most recently, I led the M&E component of a USAID family planning and maternal health study in Mwanza, monitoring KPIs like service utilization, patient satisfaction, and contraceptive method availability, and conducting qualitative interviews and focus groups to identify barriers and solutions. Before that, as Country Coordinator at AiGi Systems, I managed high-impact data collection initiatives, directed teams of data collectors, and streamlined reporting processes—alongside earlier roles including Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant and Assistant Project Manager, where I supported data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
